# Issue

when you try to easy install on XE, it doesn't work with popup

"msg_make_directory_failed"

# Solution

1. Go to Admin -> Settings -> FTP Account Information

2. Type the XE Path from the the directory you confront first when you access your FTP account.

ex1) if full Path is like "/host/home332/USER FTP ID/html/xe/" => "/html/xe/"

ex2) if full Path is like "/host/home332/USER FTP ID/www/xe/" => "/www/xe/"
