I can do the free swimming from the end of lane to the other end of lane and return. so it's 50M without stopping.

Today I do the free swimming for 50M 3 times.
and I do the breast stroke 25M 4 times.
My planned goal is the free swimming for 100M without stopping until 31 December, 2009.
and the Breast stroke for 50 M without stopping.
I think the most important thing for swimming well is breathing.
and relaxing of body and the presence of mind is import in that order.
So these days I feel like cultivating my mind while swimming.
So far as my observation goes, the swimming of 50 years old seniors who weaker than me is much better than me.
I think it can't be well by the composure of mind rather than the power of body.
